Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Campania Region

The Consulate in Naples is headed by an Honorary Consul and its activities are governed by the rules contained in the Vienna Convention of April 24, 1963, which defines it as a Consulate post ruled by a Honorary Consul.

The Honorary Consul is appointed by the sending State with the issue of ”Letters Patent” to be reviewed and approved by the State of residence with the ”exequatur” issuance.

Responsibilities of the Honorary Consul include assistance to  the citizens of the sending State (Republic of Kazakhstan) within the consular district of jurisdiction (Campania Region) and promotion of trade exchanges and cultural, economic and scientific relations between the two Countries.

The Consulate in Naples can provide information and application forms, but does not issue visas to Kazakhstan.

Mr. Moscati received, for his second term, the Letters Patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan, April 27, 2012 and the exequatur of the Italian Republic July 4, 2012, thus assuming the post of Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Naples with jurisdiction over the Region Campania.
